3. Free Trial & Subscription
- Max MDR offers a 7-day free trial for new users.
- No payment is required to start the free trial.
- After the trial ends, your subscription will continue at $15 per month per device unless canceled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
All billing is handled through authorized payment platforms.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use Max MDR only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the service
- Not interfere with the security or performance of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
5. Security & Limitations
Max MDR provides real-time monitoring and threat detection based on available data and analysis techniques.
However:
- No security solution can guarantee 100% protection
- Max MDR is not responsible for losses caused by advanced or unknown attacks
Users are responsible for maintaining device updates and basic security practices.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide security services.

7. Intellectual Property
